Technical Perfumer & Fragrance Innovation Lead - Apply Now
We're looking for a technically skilled and highly creative Technical Perfumer & Fragrance Innovation Lead to define the future of fragrance at Tropic. This unique role will take ownership of scent across our skincare, body care, hair care, wellbeing and fine fragrance ranges, creating beautiful, safe and consciously formulated fragrances that enhance every product experience. Working closely with our R&D, product development and manufacturing teams, you'll combine creative perfumery expertise with technical knowledge to develop new fragrances, refine existing products, build in-house fragrance capabilities and help shape Tropic's distinctive fragrance identity.
